Mocal Billet Oil Thermostatic Take Off Plate with Sender Port
Mocal billet thermostatic oil sandwich plate OTSPB-1. Enables oil to be taken from the oil filter head to an oil cooler. Or, when used in conjunction with a Cover Plate, for getting oil to a remote filter head. A must for all oil cooler applications. This version has a built in thermostat for improved temperature control. The thermostat is available to open at 80°C or 92°C.
Ports are threaded M22 x 1.5. Sandwich plate is held in place with an extension bolt for oil cooler take-offs (see below), or a cover plate for remote oil filter head applications (see below). This new billet sandwich plate also features a port which is tapped 1/8NPT to enable fitment of senders or switches.
Measures 77mm in diameter (circular section) and 33mm deep including the seal. The rubber seal has 54mm I.D. and 72mm O.D. Machined from grade 6082-T6 Aluminium Billet
Please note: This sandwich plate will not accept M22 extension bolts without the centre hole being machined out a little.
