I have a 1959 Buckler DD2 car fitted with a tuned 100E Ford engine and a remote oil filter. the filter is a Bosch 9181 474 001 with a 3/4" UNF connection and it is 76mm in diameter and 78mm deep. It was probably fitted around 1991 and is installed in a Mocal remote filter fitting that looks like the Mocal RFH2E fitting shown on your website. I have tried to find a replacement Bosch filter with this reference number but cannot find any reference to it so assume it is now obsolete but do not know what replacement to use. Please can you advise a replacement filter that will be suitable for my engine.
The 3/4" UNF filter are really common so you should be able to find plenty of suitable filters. Ford and and all the VW/Audi models use this thread of filter. The filter sieve is not that important.
