ITG Maxogen Induction kit for various vehicles fitted with the VAG 2.0 Litre TFSI engines.
The kit has been design to unleash the full potential of these cars whether you are using the KO3 or KO4 turbo, or any other software or hardware upgrades you have installed. This intake will cope with anything you can throw at it.
During teting on a fully modified Golf Edition 30, this induction kit gave an incredible 44BHP at the wheels increase when compared to the OEM intake. By allowing the turbo to maintain boost for longer. Peak power was raised from 5.200RPM up to 6,200RPM and the engine pulled strongly all the way to the red line. Gains of this size will not always be seen on every car, but shows what the intake is capable of.
This induction kit completely replaces the OEM intake system and uses a specially designed turbo hose to reduce turbulence as air enters the turbo, a replacement MAF housing where attention has been paid to ensure correct scaling of the MAF and a unique foam heat shield that insulates against heat as well as creating an effectively sealed, cool area in the engine bay.
